Nurse Practitioner / APRN – Medical Director Opportunity Holistic Wellness Practice Expanding into Medical Aesthetics Flexible Full-Time, Collaborative, or Hybrid Role

We are a thriving holistic wellness practice committed to whole-person care, and we are now expanding our services to include targeted medical aesthetics and advanced treatments. As our practice grows and client demands increase, we are seeking a motivated, independent Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide medical direction and oversight for our non-ablative energy device services (caviatation, radiofrequency, and other advanced aesthetic technologies).

Position Highlights

• Medical Direction Role: Lead and supervise non-ablative energy-based treatments, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent clinical outcomes while integrating seamlessly with our holistic philosophy.
• Clinical Scope: Opportunity to blend medical aesthetics with holistic care. Preferred background includes one or more of the following:
  • Dermatology
  • Women’s health
  • General/family medicine or holistic health
  • Injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.)
• Practice Flexibility: We are open to creating the perfect arrangement for the right provider:
  • Full-time in-house provider
  • Collaborative / independent contractor model
  • Hybrid schedule (mix of on-site and remote oversight)
• Customizable Space: Dedicated treatment room(s) available and can be built-to-suit to your specifications.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or APRN license (North Dakota requirements will apply).
• Active DEA license and appropriate certifications.
• Experience with aesthetic procedures, energy devices, or injectables is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for integrative, patient-centered care.
• Independent, self-motivated provider comfortable working in a collaborative yet autonomous setting.
