Her warm and caring personality aims to create a peaceful and relaxing environment that allows her clients to escape the stresses of everyday life, while tackling pain or dysfunction in their body. She wants to help their body heal and strengthen so that they can be as pain free as possible. Bry loves doing deep tissue- incorporating cupping, trigger point, and myofascial release for pain relief. She enjoys helping puzzle out where/why/what is causing someone pain and bringing them relief so they can live a better life. Her ideal practice is helping with injury/rehab or applying deep tissue/myofascial and trigger point techniques to a massage.
