Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients and to respect the time of our skilled professionals, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Reservation Requirement: A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
  • Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
  • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior contact will be charged 100% of the service price.
  • Deposit Requirements:
    • Some providers require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
    • All clients will be charged a 50% deposit 24 hours in advance of their appointment time to the credit card on file or the one used to reserve the appointment.
  • Our Commitment: We value your time and the expertise of our professionals. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or reschedulings often leave us insufficient time to fill the slot. As our professionals work on commission, missed appointments directly impact their livelihood.
  • Flexibility: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will do our best to accommodate changes and exercise discretion when possible.
