Had a fantastic massage after the Fargo marathon with Elizabeth.  She was very professional and knowledgeable.  She focused on the areas that I needed and I was much better off after the massage.  She was asking about pressure throughout to make sure I was comfortable.  Clean setting and would go back if in the area. Always a great place to get a massage. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely worth the price! I came a second time and ended up having lower back pain. This was because of my spine being too compressed after the massage. Bry helped my back relax more and even sen home some CBD cream to relax my back more. I have gone to Uptown Haven for a few years now for my massages and I won’t go anywhere else! Knowlegeable, friendly staff. I always leave feeling refreshed.
