Karen
LMT / Skin Care Specialist
Karen is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Master Cosmetologist and Owner of Uptown Haven Wellness Professionals. She has been a cosmetologist for 27 years with much of her focus on skin care. She continued on to massage therapy school and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Karen specializes in, but is not limited to: Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Hot & Cold Therapy, Headache & Migraine relief, Cupping, adolescent massage facial cupping, customized facials and dermaplaning. Karen believes in customizing the massage session to best suit the needs of her clients. She combines several techniques and enhancements for the client to achieve maximum results. She also has a passion for the Eminence Organic skin care line and giving her clients a personalized facial to target her clients skin concerns. Karen takes great pride in helping her clients relieve pain, look and feel their best and keep them doing what they love to do!
Carrie
LMT
Carrie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009. She completed her training at Florida Career College in Miami, FL. Her experience includes working in multidisciplinary teams consisting of physical therapists, athletic trainers and chiropractors. Doing so enabled her to diversify and hone her skills as a therapist. Additionally, she’s had the privilege to work with one of Miami’s top plastic surgeon’s, an outpatient orthopedics facility and professional NFL players. She is highly proficient in myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports/stretching and lymphatic drainage for procedures of the face and body. She likes to take a therapeutic approach to her work to achieve harmony and balance.
Ashley

Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). She graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in 2019. Her specialties include but are not limited to: Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Prenatal Massage and Hot Stones. Her Standard pressure can be described as medium/firm. Ashley always wanted a profession that could promote relaxation and stress relief. She truly enjoys helping others improve their wellness and is always intrigued & excited to expand her skill set to best take care of her clients. She is kind and compassionate to the needs of her clients and strives to give the best massage experience!
Jen

Jen of 360 Massage at Uptown Haven has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018. She completed her training at Health Works Institute in Bozeman MT. Previously, she practiced massage at a spa, an assisted living facility, chiropractor, and gym. This helped her develop a diverse skill set. She is dedicated to improving clients’ health, performance, and well being. Jen specializes in the following massage techniques: Swedish massage, Deep tissue techniques, Medical massage, Myofascial release, Sports massage, Hot stone massage and Neuromuscular therapy. Jen serves patients across all backgrounds from athletes, grandparents, children, and those suffering from chronic pain. Every session is a unique healing experience, with positive impacts that reach far beyond the massage table!
Jean
LMT/Reiki Master
Jean is a 2019 Graduate of The Salon Professional Academy Massage Therapy program. Her specialties include but are not limited to: Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Lymphatic Drainage, TMJ, Pregnancy, Hot Stones, Hot & Cold Therapies, Essential Oils, Headaches/Migraines & cupping. Jean is also a Reiki Level 3 Master and has vast experience with energy work and Cancer Massage. In addition to Uptown Haven, Jean currently works at the Roger Maris Cancer Center and The Hospice House and has been there since 2004. Jean truly has a gift and a genuine care for her clients well being.
Lanie
Skin Care Specialist
Lanie is a licensed esthetician. She graduated from Josef's Academy in Fargo. Her specialties include, but are not limited to: Lash extensions, Lash lift & tint, Brow tint & lamination, facials, back facials and waxing services. Lanie's own skin care journey motivated her to study skin care so she could help others with their skin concerns. She believes everyone should be confident in their own skin!
